** was contacted by the owner, who is a very pleasant and understanding person. He made good on making up for this order and extended his believable apology regarding the prior mishap. Therefore I’m changing my review because of it. Thank you Ordered a meal on their app, no one else’s app. An hour+ later the items were cancelled because they “never got” my order. Problem is, they use DoorDash to handle their deliveries and DoorDash showed up to get the order and they couldn’t provide it, so the only people who didn’t know I ordered something was the very restaurant who owns the app. I called to see what happened and their answer was, “DoorDash came here and we didn’t have an order, so we cancelled it”. They said they’ll let the manager know and then hung up without resolve to the issue. Who wants lunch that they can’t have?

Lunch, May 2, 2023 at 2pm.. I left with the best tasting strawberry daiquiri smoothie that I've ever had. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is also very clean. I've been going to Tropical Smoothies in different areas for years now. Many years ago I was not impressed with the Smithtown store. I started going back last year. Whoever is working there now.... Also made the Best wrap that I've ever had. It was baked perfectly, crispy, fully loaded with chicken and all the "Baja chicken" ingredients. It was seriously the best wrap I've ever gotten there. The team that you have right now - They are Excellent!! Pay them well and Keep them!!! Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The food is super good and fresh and on top of that the customer service is excellent.The staff treat their customers really well. Would highly recommend this location. Friendly and courteous staff. Great job!!

Fresh tasty food and smoothie. Very busy for lunch today, they did great job of keeping the line moving. Maybe just a touch on the pricey side for lunch (Thai chicken salad and a smoothie - $12). For the freshness and flavor, mostly worth it. Good service, nice clean upbeat atmosphere.

Great place. Nice staff and delicious food. We ordered to eat in, our food was out within 5 minutes. They have highchairs for toddlers. The kid's menu was pretty convenient too.

Kellie is an amazing and kind human, my card declined and she paid for much smoothie. She told me she was an ex employee and this site is phenomenal and the owner is a kind and generous person. It’s the little things in life that matter and make me happy. Thank you Kellie!!

Kudos to Marco!!! I came in struggling with my bag and my walker, feeling the pain today Marco smiled as he greeted me, took my order. I sat down to wait. Marco came out with my order and brought it straight to where I was sitting so that I could rest and not have to struggle back up to the counter.
